2020 saw big changes in consumer habits, and social media videos are making an impact.

Video company Animoto surveyed 580 consumers to explore the impact video is making on their day-to-day social media habits.

Social media featured highly in where consumers were browsing and discovering new products.

93% said video was helpful when purchasing a product, and Facebook, Instagram and YouTube were the top 3 platforms where consumers find the most new products and services.
