Our telephone line is generally open between 0900 and 1800 UK time (0400 - 1300 EST). Our support team isn't large, so there will be times we can't answer straight away, so please leave us a message or email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can (usually within a couple of hours).
What does Wordtracker do?
Wordtracker provides web-based tools to help Internet Marketers, SEOs, Link Builders and many others with their work. We currently have three subscription tools:

We have lots of information in the Wordtracker Academy that will help you with the tools and with wider SEO issues. The Keyword Basics articles should be particularly helpful in getting you started with keyword research.

Are there any search limits in the tool?
We do have some search limits in our Keywords tool, but these are well within normal usage for most people so you shouldn't run into problems. We have these to make sure the tool works well for everyone and is not slowed down by automatic searches, which are against our terms and conditions.
For the old tool the limits work on a 24-hour rolling basis.
Keyword searches in Wordtracker's dataset: 1500
Google searches:150 per day
We're still defining the some of the limits for the new tool but if you'd like more details now, drop us a line at support@wordtracker.com. The things we can tell you now are:
Google searches: 1,000 per month
Campaign Limits: You can run up to twenty campaigns in your account, which hold your keyword research projects, site audits and ranking reports.
Ranking Reports: You can track up to 100 keywords in the Google SERPs in your account
Site Audits: You can run 15 site audits to find any errors on your site each month
I've forgotten my username / password
No problem! If this is for the Keywords tool or Link Builder then just use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the login page for those tools. Enter your email address and you’ll be sent a message containing your username and a link to reset your password – it’s a quick and easy process.
If you’re trying to log into Strategizer, please just drop us a line at support@wordtracker.com and we’ll get you going again quickly.
How does the trial work?
We're confident that once you use Wordtracker, you'll find it to be an invaluable tool in growing your business online. So we’re giving you the chance to try – it's absolutely free. When you sign up for the 7-day trial, you have full access to the tool to which you’ve subscribed.
A $1 verification charge is made to your card, just to check it’s valid, and this is reversed within a few minutes. You should receive an email from us notifying you of your trial, and you’ll get some helpful messages containing links to resources to help you use the tools and learn more about the tools and the processes involved.
If you like the product, we’ll automatically migrate you on to our monthly rate at the end of the 7 days. If you decide it‘s not for you, then cancel within the 7-day period and you won’t be charged anything.

It can be a little daunting to see a page of numbers on your screen so we've outlined what all the Keywords Tool metrics mean for both the old and the new tool. If you have any questions then do just send us a message.
My confirmation email didn't arrive
Sometimes our emails get caught by spam filters or similar systems. If you’ve checked these and there’s still nothing, please drop us a line at support@wordtracker.com and we can make sure everything’s confirmed for you.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Once your free trial has ended, your subscription will automatically be renewed at our monthly rate so that you can continue to use the Wordtracker service without interruption. If you prefer to move to an annual subscription, which represents better value, please email support@wordtracker.com for details.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel your account via the 'My Account' section in the tool. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged anything. You can also email us at support@wordtracker.com.
I forgot to cancel my trial
Don’t worry – these things happen. Just write to us at support@wordtracker.com explaining the situation and we’ll be able to take care of things for you promptly.
How can I change my card details?
This depends on which tool you’re using. If you’re subscribed to the Keywords tool, then just log in and go to 'My Account' where you'll be able to enter new card details. For Link Builder and Strategizer users, please drop us a line at support@wordtracker.com and we’ll help you through this.
Can I use one login for all three tools?
Currently our three subscription tools - Keywords, Link Builder and Strategizer - all run on separate systems, so it’s not possible to use the same login for each. We’re currently working hard on bringing everything together so that you can have one login and use the tools to work with one another much more seamlessly.
Can I get a discount if I buy more than one tool?
We can offer a great discount if you’d like to subscribe to all three tools – Keywords, Link Builder and Strategizer - on an annual basis. If you’d like to use two of the tools, we can offer a smaller discount – just email support@wordtracker.com if you’re interested in finding out more about this.
Do you offer group discounts?
Each account is attached to one username/password. For a group to use Wordtracker, you would need to purchase multiple usernames so the accounts won't get corrupted. We can offer group discounts. Please email support@wordtracker.com for details.
I can't download my e-book
When you purchase an e-book you’ll get an email with a download link. If you’re having difficulty with this, just drop us a line at support@wordtracker.com and we’ll arrange an alternative delivery method.
