Google has announced two new AI-powered campaign types, which will use “relevant, immersive creatives” to drive demand from the mid-funnel to purchase.
Demand Gen will integrate your video and image assets across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Discover and Gmail - products which reach over 3 billion monthly users.
A new streamlined ad creation process lets you bring image and video assets in easily and preview how they look before they go live.
You can also pair tailored creatives with new lookalike segments based on your audience lists, allowing you to focus on existing customers or to drive new lookalike audiences to your site, depending on your goals.
Video View campaigns are designed to maximize views across in-stream, in-feed and now YouTube Shorts, within a single campaign. During early testing, Google says Video View campaigns averaged 40% more views compared to in-stream skippable cost-per-view campaigns.
Advertisers will also be able to take advantage of smarter AI-powered insights to measure the incremental effects of campaigns.
