As a business owner, it’s great to see repeat customers choosing you over and over again. But without new customers, it’s impossible to get the orders through the door and set the stage for recurring business.

If you feel conflicted, and unsure where to direct your efforts, adopt the mindset that new and repeat business acquisition doesn’t have to be mutually exclusive. Focus on acquiring new customers and then turn your wins into ongoing revenue through strong care and retention work.
