A look at social commerce in 2022 and the habits and drivers for consumers.

Bazaarvoice surveyed 14,000 consumers globally to discover how they like to shop on social. Among the findings:

  • Shopping for certain products more favored on social over in-store
  • Shoppers are most influenced on social by subject matter experts (above family & friends and celebrities)
  • What's behind the low adoptation of VR and AR? (spoiler, it's not down to the consumer)
