Trouble logging in?

There have been some major changes at Wordtracker recently, and you’ve probably found yourself here because for some reason you’ve not been able to log into your account.

Username not working?

The login page now requires an account email to access the Keywords tool. If you’re having trouble locating your account email you can contact us at support@wordtracker.com

Password not working?

Your best bet is to use the password reset process which you can find on the login page. If this doesn’t work then you can contact us at support@wordtracker.com, or follow the steps below.

Forgotten the email you signed up with?

Don’t worry! You will have been sent a confirmation email to this email address, so check your accounts for the one with our email in it. Alternatively you can always contact us at support@wordtracker.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Email not recognized?

We upgraded our Keyword tool and accounts system in May 2014, and while all our current users at the time were successfully migrated to the new system, there were some cases where this wasn’t immediately possible.  We’re sorry if yours is one of the accounts affected.
